As an aspiring Sovereign Architect, Jack is focussed on bringing his passion for architecture together with a deep understanding of real estate development and entrepreneurship in order to turn his spatial dreams into reality.

Having graduated with first class honours from the world renowned Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, Jack currently works as the design coordinator at ARTFORM; a design-led real estate developer in London, UK.

Continually looking to hone his skills and steadfast about working only on meaningful and beautiful projects, during his tenure at ARTFORM Jack has coordinated the design and delivery of circa £30 million in gross development value, across a series of residential and mixed use prime developments.

This website serves as an open notebook in which Jack intellectually explores thoughts and ideas relating to architecture, technology and real estate development.

Inspired by the books “The Sovereign Individual” and “Architect as Developer”; The Sovereign Architect is a renewed vision for how architects might operate with a greater degree of agency in the 21st century.

Rather than waiting to be called upon for greatness, The Sovereign Architect acts as both architect, developer, and technologist, leveraging code, capital and labour to self-initiate projects. Read more…
